Random Thoughts on the Really Good News

"Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air and so we will always be with the Lord" (1 Thessalonians 4:17) OK, so after believers have met the Lord in the air, then what? “Surely you have heard about the administration of God’s grace that was given to me for you, that is, the mystery made known to me by revelation…” (Ephesians 3:2, 10-11) Most likely, you have not heard about it in Church. I didn't…I read about it in the letters of the Bible written by Paul… “His intent was that now, through the ecclesia (out called) the manifold wisdom of God should be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms, according to his eternal purpose that he accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord…” (Ephesians 3: 10-11) You are aware that we are not alone in this Universe, or are you? The Bible tells  of the Angels, Seraphim, Cherubim, Satan, Demons, and most likely other created beings who are not h

"For no one is cast off by the Lord forever. Though he brings grief, he will show compassion, so great is his unfailing love. For he does not willingly bring affliction or grief to anyone." (Lamentations 33:31-33) It would be nice if Christianity believed this. Then all Christians would become Believers. Calling yourself a Christian does not make you a Believer. "For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive...For his anger lasts only a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime; weeping may stay for the night, but rejoicing comes in the morning." (1 Corinthians 15:22; Psalm 30:5)
